The Camp Kweebec Alumni Foundation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, was founded in 1996 by former campers and counselors of Camp Kweebec. Camp Kweebec is a co-ed, non-denominational, overnight camp located in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, which fosters social and emotional growth through athletics, the arts, educational programs, and, most importantly, the daily interaction between and among bunkmates, counselors, and other members of the Camp Kweebec family.

Mission Statement

The Camp Kweebec Alumni Foundation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, was founded in 1996 by former campers and counselors of Camp Kweebec. Camp Kweebec is a co-ed, non-denominational, overnight camp located in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, which fosters social and emotional growth through athletics, the arts, educational programs, and, most importantly, the daily interaction between and among bunkmates, counselors, and other members of the Camp Kweebec family.

The mission of the Foundation is to raise money through a variety of social events and mailings. The money is used to provide underprivileged children with the opportunity to share in the Kweebec experience. Beginning in the summer of 1997 and for each summer thereafter, the Foundation has furnished at least one child with financial assistance to pay for the tuition and expenses needed to attend Kweebec. The owners and directors of Camp Kweebec, Les and Maddy Weiser, match dollar-for-dollar all monies raised by the Foundation.

The Foundation seeks contributions from Kweebec alumni, family, and friends, and from any organization interested in supporting this worthy cause. As the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, all donations are tax deductible.
